HARBOR TOWER APARTMENTS is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Portsmouth, VA
Full-time position for high-rise apartment community. We are seeking a dependable person with a can-do attitude. Come be a part of an exciting work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and expand his or her skills. We offer competitive pay and benefits. Must have 3 years experience in general apartment maintenance and turns to include make readies, electrical, plumbing, pool, etc., and HVAC certification preferred. Position requires emergency on-call rotation.
